Select CalAmp LTE CAT1 Devices must upgrade the Cellular modem and LMU application firmware by February 22nd, 2022.
Failure to upgrade these devices will prevent them from connecting to the network, which will impact your business.
You have until February 22nd, 2022 to upgrade devices via OTA. After February 22nd, 2022 any device not upgraded will not work and will have to be uninstalled to manually upgrade.
The upcoming AT&T 3G network shutdown may cause select CalAmp LTE CAT-1 edge devices to lose cellular connectivity which will affect the device’s ability to communicate and be OTA updated, unless the device’s firmware is updated.Failure to comply to this notice will require customers to manually update firmware on affected devices.
