Chris Bursey
Chief Executive Officer/Director
Mr. Bursey founded the company and is responsible for transitioning the Company away from being a lower margin M2M and hardware centric to becoming an IoT end-to-end solution provider. Mr. Bursey has held senior sales and management positions with Motorola, Kyocera, Wavecom and CalAmp.
William (Bill) F. Espley
Director
Bill currently serves in a planning and policy advisory role to the Company regarding its business acquisition planning and financing strategies. From 2003-2010, Bill performed Investor Relations for Net 1 UEPS Technologies [NASDAQ: UEPS]. He was a director of American Bullion Minerals Ltd. From August 2008 to July 2011.
Ed O’Sullivan
Director
Mr. O’ Sullivan is a director of the Company (June 18, 2019) and is a managing partner at CFO Connect, LLC since May 2003. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. O’Sullivan was a director for JMAR Technologies.
John Hubler
Director
Mr. Hubler is a Partner and Co-Founder at BH IoT Group-a leading IoT practice, focused on accelerating the IoT space. Prior to founding BH IoT, Mr. Hubler served in senior sales and management positions for 151 Advisors, RACO Wireless, T-Mobile and AT&T.
Mike Zhou
Director
Mr. Zhou has recently held management positions or director roles in the financial-technology, digital marketing, consulting, and financial sectors. From 2017 to 2018. Mr. Zhou held a position with PI Financial, a privately-owned Canadian brokerage firm, where he worked directly with the Vice President and Managing Director as an Analyst and Associate. Mike previously served as a board member for various Canadian public companies, including Explorex Resource Inc.
